      Location - Proceed from Graham to Swepsonville, and there take the road to Saxapahaw. After crossing Haw Creek, take the first road to the right. On this road take the first turn to the right and it will lead you directly to the house, now occupied (in 1959) by tenants. The cemetery is a quarter mile from the house in a northerly direction.

      Location - this burial plot was located originally on the south of I-85 west of Burlington and east of 145. It was in a grove of trees on a hill in the rear of the John Anthony home place.

      Location - on the home farm of Stephen McPherson, and at the time of this survey, home of J. Wesley Whitehead.

      Location - Go south on the Graham-Snow Camp road to Bethel Church, on the left. Turn left and go two miles to the home of Webb Lindley, on the left. About one mile back of his house, in a woods, is a large cemetery.

  • 033   MEBANE FAMILY    
      Location - five miles from the intersection of NC Highways Nos. 119 and 70-A, in Mebane, NC, is this family burial plot of a pioneer family. Driving north to the home of Col. Van R. White, turn right just past his house, then turn right into a farm yard at the first house on the right. The cemetery is in a pasture back of the house, enclosed with a dry rock wall.

      Location - The cemetery is on Moore's Chapel Cemetery Rd. at the intersection of Highway 87 and SR-1272, south of Saxapahaw, NC. Moore's Chapel Baptist Church is nearby at 5750 Church Road, south of Saxapahaw NC.

  • 021   MORROW FAMILY    
      Location - about one mile from Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, in Orange County, N.C., located on N.C. Highway 54, on SR-2146, the road running from the Church and Highway 54 to Saxapahaw, N.C., is the old Morrow home place. Across from the road from the house, in a clump of cedars, at the northwest edge of a field is the cemetery.
