Location - on Hwy 56 west of Creedmoor about 1.2 miles from I-85.
Coordinates: 36d 07m 59.0s N; 78d 42m 38.0s W Click here for Online Maps
Directions: take Exit 191 from I-85. Turn left (from Oxford) or right (from Durham). Drive approximately 1.2 mi. toward Creedmoor on Hwy 56. Turn right at driveway, bear right on the driveway and the grave is located at the base of the tree.
Canvassed by Bonnie Breedlove, Jessie McLam, Shirley Glasgow and members of the Cash family, February 2002. Family members say that years ago about 12 fieldstones were also present but none are there at the present time. It is identifiable and maintained.
