      Location - beside Hwy 75 north of the convenience dump center and behind an old fire tower.

      Coordinates: 36d 09m 56.3s N; 78d 45m 38.2s W Click here for Online Maps

      Directions: from Creedmoor driving on Hwy 56 toward Butner drive 2.6 mi; turn right on West Lyons Station Rd. and drive 2 miles. Turn left onto Otha Mangum Rd. and drive approximately 1.9 miles to the stop sign. Turn left on Hwy 75 and drive 3.2 mi. The cemetery is located on the left at the side of the road. There is a fire tower in front of it.

      Canvassed by Bonnie Breedlove, Sandra Aiken, Jessie McLam and Mildred Goss, April 2001. It is identifiable as a cemetery but is not maintained.

      There are no headstones but there is one unreadable funeral marker and a fieldstone on the first row with the initials W W and dates of Born - 181?, Died - 188?. It is said to be the grave of Woodrow Washington by a family member.
