      Directions: From Warrenton courthouse on Hwy 158 E Bus, travel 0.5 mile and turn right onto Hwy 58. Travel 4.2 miles to Liberia and bear left onto Hwy 43. Travel 8.1 miles to Arcola and turn left onto SR 1519 (Hamlet Rd). Travel 4 miles and turn left onto Williams Road in Halifax County, N. C. Travel 0.5 mile to the two-story ancestral home, White Rock, on the left. The cemetery is located in the yard to the left of the house and 300 feet from the road. Race-White.

      • Sacred to the memory of... Who departed his life in great peace April 13th 1833 in the 53rd year of his age. Having felt the soul quickening and cleansing touch of the Redeemer, he desired to know more of God and himself. To obtain this, he daily searched the Sacred Scriptures, and retired into his closet. There with the world behind him, and his God in view, poured forth fervent and effectual prayers. In proof of this, he met death with the greatest composure of mind in the midst of weeping relatives. Our brother, the haven gained, out flying the tempest and wind. His rest he hath sooner obtained, and left his companions behind.
