Directions: From intersection of US 421 and US 601 in Yadkinville, go west on US 421 for 6 miles and take the US 21 exit. At end of ramp, turn left and go 1.2 miles and turn right on Hamptonville Road (SR 1102). Then go another .5 miles and turn right on Flat Rock Church Rd (SR 1126). Then go another .3 miles and church is on the right and cemetery is behind the church.

Very old historic church and cemetery. Some early graves are river slate or field stones without names. Many current burials.
The church was once called Petty's Meeting House, which dates to about 1783.
